Tashau Asefaw, MSW, LICSW, LCSW-S, MBA, brings 17 years of experience at the intersection of clinical social work, healthcare systems leadership, and organizational strategy. Training in the Compass MAP Model™ is available for licensed supervisors who want to bring a structured, gap-based, and tactically rich approach to their supervision practice.
