Advisory Services for Leaders Building Sustainable, People-Focused Systems

Consulting & Advisory Services

Tashau Asefaw, MSW, LICSW, LCSW-S, MBA, brings 17 years of experience at the intersection of clinical social work, healthcare systems leadership, and organizational strategy. She partners with organizations, health plans, community-based organizations, and leadership teams to design thoughtful strategies, strengthen internal capacity, and navigate complex challenges that impact people, teams, and communities.

Her consulting work is particularly focused on:

  • Healthcare systems strategy — working with organizations to design and implement people-centered programs that address the upstream factors shaping health outcomes
  • Mental Health Access and Equity — identifying and addressing systemic gaps in mental health access for underserved and marginalized populations
  • Workforce Development and Sustainability — building systems and cultures that support clinicians and human services professionals without burning them out
  • Organizational Alignment and Capacity-Building — translating mission and values into measurable, practical operational action
  • Program Design and Initiative Development — moving organizations from ideas to sustainable, equity-centered implementation

Tashau works best with organizations seeking grounded, practitioner-informed guidance during periods of growth, transition, or strategic repositioning. She brings a systems thinker's perspective and a clinician's understanding of human dynamics to every engagement.
